D. Evans Heywood, Jr., CPM®
Trained in the real estate industry by his father who was licensed as a real estate broker in 1931. Evans first became a partner, and later president, of Heywood Realty & Investment, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with a specialty in Real Estate from Arizona State University in 1961 and was awarded the designation of CPM® (Certified Property Manager) by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1963.
Throughout his career, he has dedicated his time and effort to the real estate community, serving as past chairman of the Phoenix Multiple Listing Service and as past president of the Phoenix Board of Realtors. He also served as the 1989 treasurer for the Phoenix Board of Realtors. In 1968 Mr. Heywood served as president of the Arizona Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has also served as the Regional Vice President, and on the Institute's National Governing Council.
David L. Heywood, CPM®
Trained in the real estate industry by his father, who was licensed in 1956. David gained much experience and insight growing up in the real estate industry long before he received his license in 1981. He currently holds a Real Estate Broker’s License from the State of Arizona. David received his CPM® designation (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1992.
David has been actively managing a portion of the firm's portfolio in the Greater Phoenix Area since the early 1980's. His responsibilities include a portfolio of community associations.
Larry N. Heywood, CPM®
Benefitted by growing up in the real estate industry prior to receiving his real estate license in 1986. Larry currently holds a Real Estate Broker's License from the State of Arizona. Larry received his CPM® designation (Certified Property Manager) from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1992. He received the 1992 "Candidate of the Year" Award from the local IREM chapter for his service. Larry has served as Treasurer, Secretary and President-Elect. Larry was the President of IREM's Greater Phoenix Chapter in 1998, as well as being a member of the Executive Council and the National Governing Council. During his tenure as President, the Chapter won several prestigious national awards.
Larry has been active in managing a portion of the firm's community association portfolio in the Valley since 1985.
