Community Information

Trash Pick Up:

  • Black (household trash) Blue (recycled materials) and Bulk Pickup is handled by The Town of Gilbert.
    The most current pickup schedules can be found here.
    Black and Blue containers can be placed at the curb the evening before the day of pickup and must be removed from the street and placed out of view from the street the evening of the day of pick up.
    Bulk trash can be placed at the curb on the Saturday immediately before the week of pick up by the Town of Gilbert.

Mailbox Keys:

  • The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. Please contact the US Post office regarding mailbox keys.

Assessment Due Date:

  • The assessment fee is due the 1st day of each month. You will be billed.

Assessment Late Fees:

  • A late fee of $15.00 is assessed if no payment is received by the 30th of the month the assessment is due.

Architectural Requirements:

  • All new construction and all exterior changes to existing structures, including landscaping must be submitted to and approved by the AOC prior to commencement of work.
