Community Information

Board Meeting Dates:

Meetings are the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Friendship Community Church starting at 6pm.
Annual Meeting is the first Monday of October held in the pool area.

Trash Pick Up Days:

Recycle (blue) - Thursday
Garbage (black) - Monday and Thursday
Bulk Trash is picked up 4 times a year from the City of Phoenix. Click here for the schedule for bulk trash pick up.

Mailbox & Pool Keys:

The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. Please contact the US Post Office regarding mailbox keys.
The association is responsible for pool key distribution. The previous owner should give you the pool key at close of escrow. Requests for lost keys can be made through Heywood Realty, for a fee of $15.

Assessment Due Date:

The assessment fee is due the 1st day of each month. You should have a coupon book. If not, please contact Heywood Realty.

Assessment Late Fees:

A late fee of $15.00 is assessed if no payment is received by the 30th of the month the assessment is due.

Architectural Requirements:

All new construction and all exterior changes to existing structures, including landscaping must be submitted to and approved by the AOC prior to commencement of work.

Current Projects:

Repairs and Painting: Repairs are complete. The next step in this project is to pass the special assessment to cover the cost of the painting. Please look for the information in your mail box the first of September. Voting will be at the Annual Meeting, the first Monday of October.
Landscaping: The landscapers are working the property in sections, with each week one section is being focused on. This will help with maintaining of plants, and help ensure all areas are properly looked after.
