Trash Pick Up Days:
- Recycle (blue) - Friday
- Garbage (black) - Tuesday
- Bulk Trash Pickup - The Town of Gilbert Bulk Trash schedule can be found here. Bulk trash can be placed at the curb on the Saturday imediately before the week of pick up by the Town of Gilbert.
Mailbox Keys:
- The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. Please contact the US Post office regarding mailbox keys.
Street Parking:
- No overnight street parking of motor vehicles is allowed pursuant to section 5.6 of the CC&R's.
Assessment Due Date:
- The assessment fee is due the 1st day of each quarter. You will be billed.
Assessment Late Fees:
- A late fee of $15.00 is assessed if no payment is received by the 30th of the month the assessment is due.
Architectural Requirements:
- All new construction and all exterior changes to existing structures, including landscaping must be submitted to and approved by the AOC prior to commencement of work.
