Community Information
Trash Removal:
- There are trash containers on the perimeter of the driveways for the resident's use.
Mailbox Keys:
- The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. Please contact the US Post office regarding mailbox keys.
Visitor Parking:
- Visitors may park in the non-reserved spaces throughout the community.
Assessment Due Date:
- The assessment fee is due the 1st day of each month.
Assessment Late Fees:
- A late fee of $10.00 is assessed if no payment is received by the 30th of the month the assessment is due.
Architectural Requirements:
- All exterior changes to existing structures must be submitted to and approved by the Board prior to commencement of work.
